1. Controller

2. What we collect

• Contact details you send us: name, email address, phone number.
• Booking details: dates, place, number of participants, and anything you tell us that affects safety.
• Billing details needed to issue a valid invoice.
• Correspondence: the emails and messages we exchange.

We do not collect special categories of data. If you volunteer a health detail because it affects your safety on the water, we use it only for that booking and delete it afterwards.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a booking — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To perform the booking and keep you safe during it — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To issue invoices and keep accounts — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To defend against claims — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep it

Invoices and accounting records are kept for eleven years, as Croatian tax rules require. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking correspondence is kept for five years, the general limitation period for claims.

5. Who else sees it

• Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which serves this website.
• Our email provider, which delivers and stores our correspondence.
• Our accountant and our bank, for invoicing and payment.
• Guides and skippers assigned to your booking, limited to what they need to run it safely.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Where a processor is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. This website

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics that identify you. Weather data shown on our brand sites is fetched from Open-Meteo without sending them anything about you.

7. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@tuedos.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

We will post any change to this policy here, with a new date at the top.
